THE STYLE NETWORK ANNOUNCES NEW REALITY SERIES WITH GIULIANA AND BILL RANCIC PREMIERING AUGUST 2009

"Giuliana & Bill" Follows Newlywed Couple as They Juggle High-Profile Careers and Married Life While Living Apart in Chicago and Los Angeles

Los Angeles, CA, April 27, 2009 - The Style Network is taking viewers inside the lives of newlyweds Giuliana and Bill Rancic. The couple met at an event several years ago when Giuliana, anchor for "E! News," was interviewing Bill about his experience winning NBC's "The Apprentice." They quickly fell in love and were married in 2007 in a romantic Italian wedding as featured in the Style special "Marry Me in Capri." Now the duo are settling into married life but unlike most couples they are living across the country from each other with Bill developing real estate in Chicago and Giuliana covering celebrity interviews, red carpet events and entertainment news for E! in Los Angeles. The new half-hour series, "Giuliana & Bill," premieres August 2009 on Style.

"Giuliana and Bill's relationship is filled with humor, fun and affection," said Salaam Coleman Smith, President, The Style Network. "Style viewers will join Giuliana and Bill every step of the way as they navigate life as smitten newlyweds while pursuing demanding careers - 2,000 miles apart. Our audience will experience firsthand the whirlwind of modern marriage."

From building their Chicago dream home to hanging with each other's outrageous families to wild weekends in Vegas, Giuliana and Bill are living life to the fullest as they embark on new adventures as husband and wife. And while living in two different places is not easy, they are committed to cell phone conversations and cross-country flights in order to make it work. Bill even gives learning the Italian language a shot in an effort to continue impressing Giuliana's Italian family. But as with every couple there can be bumps in the road and Giuliana tries to relive her single days with a girls' night out in Hollywood.

The series also offers a taste of what a day on the job is like for each of the Rancics. Viewers will follow Giuliana every step of the way from E! News morning meetings to behind-the-scenes access with some of today's biggest celebrities to her frantic search for the perfect red carpet dress. Bill previously worked for Donald Trump following his win on "The Apprentice" but has since moved on. He is now developing real estate on his own and viewers will go inside Bill's multi-million dollar construction projects. And when Giuliana decides that she wants a taste of Bill's real estate world, hilarity ensues as Bill puts her to work on one of his construction crews for a day.

Although Giuliana and Bill see the world quite differently - she's the Hollywood dreamer, he's the Midwest realist - their commitment to making it work and their enormous love for each other keeps them glued together. And while Giuliana is pulling out all the stops to make Bill fall in love with Los Angeles, it looks like their long distance marriage is here to stay. Viewers also get to know the couple's closest friends who play an integral part of their lives, as well as Giuliana's colorful assistant, Matthew, who tries to keep her hectic life in order.

In 2007, Style viewers watched Giuliana and Bill wed in the special "Marry Me in Capri," which was the network's highest-rated original special ever among both households and Style's target women 18-49 audience. The special was seen by more than five million total viewers.

"Giuliana & Bill" is produced by Comcast Entertainment Productions and premieres August 2009 on Style. Jay James and Carmen Mitcho are Executive Producers for Comcast Entertainment Productions and Sarah Weidman and Merah Chung are Executive Producers for Style.

WOW! I am reading some of these comments from such Negative people. If you don't like the show, then just don't watch it. And to csall Guliana ugly is just bad. People can't stand to see people happy. Look at what just happen in our world and you peole are telling Bill you are size 2 and hot if he ever wants to leave G. People who call people ugly are UGLY inside. Love the show Bill & Giliana. You seem really happy and I always seem to laugh while watching you. Best to both. Peace!!!!

I'm a big fan and it takes a ton of courage to open your home to the world. My husband and I are also trying to have our first baby and are in the planning stages of trying to manage that and our demanding careers at the same time. Don’t let anyone (including family) change the way you both feel about anything (living location, babies, or careers). You just have to remember that it’s your life together as a married couple, so what others think/feel doesn’t really matter, because at the end of the day it’s just the two of you. Much luck in all that you both pursue.

After seeing you on the Guliana and Bill for the 1st time, i thought maybe Bill, your actual identity is an actor, and not an architect, and just hired by DT in his 1st reality show to act to become the 1st apprentice.

Please say you are not "practicing" Catholics and believe in fertility treatments. If you do want to stay true to your faith you need to become educated about what the Church teaches. If not, then you need to tell the world you are not practicing Catholics. I heard on the show tonight Bill take Our Lord's name in vain as you were walking away from the newspaper/magazine booth. Please do not do that Our Lord does not deserve it! Do you also know that buying those type of magazines is a sin?? I will pray for both of you and pray that the Lord will bless you with a child soon. God Bless - Joanne

Please, Guiliani needs to eat more if she want to get pregnant, she looks like Olive Oil. Skinny women in their mid 30's have a hard enough time getting preganant but one that is stressed out, too skinny, it's next to impossible!

Well done on a wonderful show. I never thought I'd see that day when my own husband would tune into a reality tv show. Just goes to show how proud Croatians support each another in their own subtle way. Best of luck and enjoy a wonderful life with your beautiful Giuliana.

On 11/30/2009 chelsea said:

Wow... who would have guessed it? She's not pregnant.... duh! What a lame ending to the show.... Just to let you know, I won't be tuning in to watch season 2 :-)

Bill, you are so Handsome, Smart, sexy and charismatic. Let me know if you ever leave G. I am 26 y/o and not lying about it! lol 5'5, size 2 very attractive, we can have beautiful children together, and i would definitely move to Chicago with/for you!! XOXO

My daughter and I love the show. You and Giuliana are great together, she is NOT fake and pretentious! She is funny & smart (she married you). I look forward to next season and hope to see a little 'rancic' running around?!

I love your show ! Can't wait for next seson... hope it's coming!

On 10/23/2009 Shari said:

Bill---love the show! I also found it refreshing that you actually showed a priest helping a couple and providing advice instead of portraying the priest and Catholic Church as most of Hollywood does; something very negative. Your show really makes me laugh and even though I don't know both of you, you both seem to really enjoy one another and how refreshing is that?!! Good luck to you both in continued happiness and looking forward to another season of fun!

On 10/18/2009 eliza said:

The ending of the show was so stupid! We ALL know she isn't pregnant! Why make something like that up?!?!?!?!

On 10/18/2009 Louise said:

We need a baby! How lovely would that be. G you need to leave Hollywood behind and start your family with Bill in Chicago. Life is to short and with both of your familes back grounds you know in your heart what is important.

On 10/12/2009 Anastasia said:

Sent this to you lovely wife, too...but just in case: Gotta tell you, Bill. Whom ever it was that decided to leave your show hanging the way they did tonight, needs to be SHOT. What a shitty thing to do :( Can't remember, is Ryan EP of your show, too? Shall I give him what's left of my mind?? Adore you AND G, but this was NOT RIGHT....

Your life looks alot like ours. Were from LA & when my husband told me he will be working in Chicago-I cried & was so upset because my family lives in LA & I have never lived anywhere else. My husband & I compromised & for 1 yr we travel back & forth & finally now live in Chicago (in the city & it's the best). The weather was a total change but this is actually a nice change. We do travel to LA to visit family often & are enjoying having LA & Chicago. Eventually it will be interesting to see what happens to both of you *will it be LA or Chi.... Lets keep the suspense..........

I fully enjoy the show. My husband and I have been together 20 years and I am 37 years old. Your love for each other shows through the entire time even when you guys disagree on something. I would love to meet you guys someday. I love Jacoby, he is so fun. I am happy to see that you have your own careers but you take time out and try to find things that will make you happy in life. I love you guys, keep the shows a coming.... Best Wishes, The Scinta's

LOVE LOVE THE SHOW!!!....am currently taping the show so I can watch at my leisure and now am getting re-runs......are you two going to keep the show on air? Thanks... and looking forward to more new segments!

On 9/30/2009 Maria said:

What do you guys think of the latest episode? To me, it was so predictable!!!! Oh well, that's why it's only a 30 minute show.... So annoying

On 9/25/2009 Jada said:

First of all, the show is kind of funny. However, it is entirely unrealistic. I mean, come on, it's a reality show.... they do things on purpose to increase their ratings. It seems like most of the time G. just says stupid things to make her seem like "the dumb wife who can do nothing but buy clothes and get her hair and makeup done!" That's pretty annoying and so overdone. I agree with some of the other people who said G. isn't very pretty. I don't think she is.

I am a huge fan of both Mr. and Mrs. Rancic! Watch every show I find them on... too bad the nasty women who made snotty comments must be lacking something in self respect... I'm getting your latest book for my kids! They have no concept of money and I know it is OUR fault - not theirs.... hopefully we can get them on track. Keep up the good work - also good luck with the bi-city life!

On 9/22/2009 KC said:

Wow. To comment on the show is one thing, but to attack this man's wife is another. To say his wife looks like an alien, call her shallow and suggest she has an eating disorder is just out of order. I'm not a personal friend of Bill's, but I just couldn't believe that anyone would be so hateful so I had to say something. To Amy, wow. Would you have wanted someone to give your marriage an expiration date 16 years ago? Maybe you don't approve of Guiliana, but maybe Bill married her because she knows how to spell words like disgust, maintenance and adventurous, or at least look them up in the dictionary.

On 9/21/2009 Amy said:

I love the occasional guilty pleasure of a reality tv show but after watching Bill & Guiliana's show, I have lost all respect for anything he says or does. He must be stupid to marry her, I turned it off in discust. The only thing that I can see that they have in common is looks, beyond that...well, I give their marriage 2 years tops. Why would such a smart, charismatic, charming, adventerous, athletic and seemingly grounded guy marry such a high maintance girly girl? Duh, I guess I know why but ...yech!! She is so fake and pretentious. His good-natured mocking towards her will someday turn into despise. What was he thinking? Leave the fakey, high maintence, shallow, eating disorder trophy wives to the 60 year old millionaires and go find yourself a real life companion. There are plenty of beautiful women out there that are also adventerous, athletic, witty, intelligent, fun, gracious, kind and NOT FAKE. Maybe hard to find, but out there!! (I used to be one, now married 16 years to my best friend). I've completely lost respect for him and would never buy a book or watch any show of his, what a waste.

Love the show... and congrats to you and Guli --- BUT I also LOVE the We Mean Business show...very inspiring...when is it airing again -- and are you taking applications for other small businesses that need help? I know of one that could definitely and would truly appreciate your help. ALTHOUGH - they are in Chicago. Is A&E only doing LA or will they go state-to-state? Maybe every season could be a diff state =) C

I LOVE your show!!! Guiliana is hilarious and you seem like the most down to earth and devoted husband ever!!! Best of luck to you guys....

On 9/3/2009 sonja williams said:

My personal opinion regarding Giuliana especially, is that she's nothing more than a spoiled brat! she I feel is extremely fake with herself and her husband. what's up with this calling him by his last name crap! If you ask me there show will not make it far, they are both entirely superficial, and there are enough of those reality shows on t.v. at the moment. with housewives of this and that.

On 8/24/2009 sarah said:

I love this show. These two have to be the cutest couple ever. So different from eachother but that is why it works. hope it stays on for a few seasons!

Bill Rancic for President! I love Bill & Guliana, I watch E channel, but never noticed how gorgeous and funny Guliana was, yes girl you are funny! your show is hilarious, when Guliana wore the Hermes scarf I was cracking up, quick whitted humor, they both are the kids we want, Of course they are adults, but my kids are the same ages, so kids to me just the same, honest, sweet, easy going, they should consider politics, Guliana has such great style, she has the Jackie O thing! I just love them, in case you didnt pick up on that, and no, I am not related, nor do I know them, just think they are wonderful...I wish them all the luck, and many babies...keep the next house Billy...you need a place for those beautiful kiddos that are coming soon...I hope! Love your show, Cindy Dana point CA

I think Bill and Giuliani make a beautiful couple and I find their careers interesting...but something is missing on the show and it pains me to write that because I looked forward to it...I thought would be the 30-something version of Newlyweds- maybe we would see a couple supporting each other's careers from a distance, with work info and time mgmt - how to fit in romance and family and have it all...learn some secret they knew but we didnt...but its not coming together that way...is it me or is it too contrived? this moving thing is too much! anyway, I do hope Bill comes out with a home decor line at some point because it seems he has good taste and Giuliana - she is great on E - she is like Giada sans cooking...good energy (how did she manage to stay nonjudgemental and serious through that Haley interview and that other girlfriend one?) maybe Giuliana can start a fashion line for 30 somethings? they could both have their own watch line (love their watches) ok - we'll see what tonight brings -ciao!

I am watching the show now...why is it anytime you talk to your wife she looks dumb???? she has this blank look on her face, it's as if she doesn't understand what you are saying. And what's up with her always talking about the fountain.

On 8/16/2009 Louise said:

who is Bill Rancic???? I thought Guliana....married just a simple guy from Chicago, what ashame..... he's just like the others, I thought it was awful what he did to Guliana, when he told her he was selling the house.

Congratulations on your new show! Just a quick note - on your site's front page, in the video that automatically streams, just a few seconds in it has the marquee "Media Appearances."
